Drop-In Visits:

My pet dropping visits are designed to give furry family members the attention, exercise, and care they need while you’re away. Whether you have a busy work schedule, need assistance during special occasions, or you’re out of town, I’ve got you covered.

 Drop-In Visit Options: For Dogs:

Note: Prices listed are for one dog only. Each additional dog adds $10 per pet per walk to the listed prices.

1.    20 minutes – $30.00: A quick visit to check on your Dog, provide a potty break, and ensure they have fresh water.
2.   30 minutes – $35.00: A comprehensive visit to give your dog ample playtime, provide feeding (if required), exercise, and attention. This option is perfect for high-energy Dogs or those who require extra care.
3.   45 minutes – $45.00: An extended visit to engage your Dog in play, take them for a longer potty break, provide feeding (if required), and provide some additional care or attention as needed.
4.   60 minutes – $60.00: A full-hour visit to ensure your Dog, receives plenty of exercise, provides feeding (if required, playtime, and companionship. This option is ideal for Dogs who thrive on human interaction and require extra attention.

 Drop-In Visit Options: For Cats

1.    20 minutes – $25.00: A quick visit to check on your cat, provide fresh water, and ensure they are comfortable. I’ll also engage them in interactive play for a short period.
2.   30 minutes – $30.00: A comprehensive visit to provide your cat with a more thorough experience. I’ll engage in extended playtime, provide feeding (if required), clean litter boxes, refresh water, and offer companionship and affection.
3.   45 minutes – $45.00: An extended visit to ensure your cat receives extra attention and care. I’ll engage in extended playtime, feeding (if necessary), clean litter boxes, refresh water, and provide ample companionship and affection.
4.   60 minutes – $60.00: A full-hour visit designed for cats who require an extended period of interaction and enrichment. During this visit, I’ll engage in playtime, feeding (if required), clean litter boxes, refresh water, and provide abundant companionship to ensure your cat’s happiness.

   Holiday Rates:

   An additional fee of $10 will be charged per visit on the following holiday dates:

   Easter: Saturday and Easter Sunday

   Memorial Day: Sunday and Memorial Day

   Independence Day: 3rd, 4th, 5th

   Labor Day: Sunday and Labor Day

   Thanksgiving: Thursday to Saturday

   Christmas: 23rd to 26th

   New Year’s: 30th, 31st,

   Cancellation Policy for The Huntress and The Hound

   I understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and I strive to accommodate my clients’ needs. However, timely notice for cancellations is crucial as it allows me to adjust my schedule and ensures the continued quality of service for all clients. To maintain the excellence of care and uphold my commitment, the following cancellation policy applies:

   Dog Walking & Drop-In Visits

   • Please provide at least 72 hours (3 days) notice for cancellations or changes.

   • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service will be charged the full price of the walk or visit.

   Pet Sitting Services

   • Once dates are confirmed and booked, those dates are locked in and billable.

   • If you shorten your trip after booking, you will still be charged for all originally reserved dates. This is because I turn down other pet sits once your booking is on the schedule.

   • If you cancel exactly one month (30 days) or more before your start date, 25%  of the total service cost is due. 

   • If you cancel within 7 days of your start date, 50% of the total service cost is due.

   • If you cancel within 72 hours (3 days) of your start date, 75% of the service cost is due.

   • Same-day cancellations are also charged at 100%.

   Equine & Livestock Services

   • Please provide at least one week’s notice for cancellations or changes to scheduled service.

   • Cancellations made less than one week in advance will be charged the full cost of the service.

   No Refunds

   Refunds will not be provided for any cancellations, including those made within a month, one week, or three days of the scheduled service.

   Emergency Situations

   Life happens—I get it. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, reach out right away. I may waive fees on a case-by-case basis, and proper documentation might be required.

   How to Cancel

   Please cancel or request changes by contacting me directly via phone or email. Be sure to include your name, the service date and time, and your reason for canceling.

   **Additional Fees:**

   – Same-Day Booking Fee:

     – Dog walking or drop-in visits booked on the same day will incur an additional $10.00 fee.

     – Pet sitting booked on the same day will incur an additional $25.00 fee.

   – Extended Hours Fee:

     – For dog walking and drop-in visits outside of regular hours (before 9:30 am and after 6:30 pm), there will be an extra $10.00 fee.
