This fee applies to each calendar day booked, regardless of specific hours.  You can enjoy peace of mind knowing that your pet is in capable and loving hands. This service includes 1- 2 walks per day to keep your pet active, engaged, and happy. Rest assured your pet will only be left alone for 4 to 8 hours at a time during the day.

Overnight Pet Sitting Elite Option:

Tailored for puppies, dogs with separation anxiety, senior dogs, or those who simply crave extra love and attention, My Overnight Pet Sitting Elite Option is the perfect choice. Priced at $300.00 per day for one pet, with an additional $25.00 per pet per day for any additional pets. This fee applies to each calendar day booked, regardless of specific hours. This premium service offers unparalleled care and companionship. Your dog will enjoy 3 walks per day, ensuring they receive plenty of exercise, stimulation, and enrichment. Rest assured,  your dog won’t be left alone for more than 2 to 3 hours at a time throughout the day, with regular check -ins providing your pet with continuous care and attention.

If you’re interested in moving forward with my pet sitting services, the next step would be to set up a meet and greet. During this meeting, we can discuss your pet’s specific needs and preferences, as well as any special instructions or concerns you may have. We will also customize a schedule of care that works best for you and your pet. 

To start the process, I will have you fill out a pet profile form, which will help me gather important information about your pet, such as their age, breed, health conditions, and any specific behaviors or triggers I should be aware of. 

Once we have finalized the details and agreed on a schedule, I will provide you with contracts that outline the terms and conditions of my services. These contracts ensure that both parties understand their responsibilities and provide a clear agreement for the care of your pet.

During the meet and greet, you can also provide me with a key to your home, ensuring easy access for the pet sitting services. Rest assured that I take the security of your key and the privacy of your home very seriously. Your key will be stored securely and only used for the purpose of providing pet sitting services.

Please note that these prices are subject to change, and additional charges may apply for any special requests or additional services not mentioned above.

**Additional Fees:**

– Same-Day Booking Fee:

  – Dog walking or drop-in visits booked on the same day will incur an additional $10.00 fee.

  – Pet sitting booked on the same day will incur an additional $25.00 fee.

– Extended Hours Fee:

  – For dog walking and drop-in visits outside of regular hours (before 9:30 am and after 6:30 pm), there will be an extra $10.00 fee.

Holiday Rates:

An additional fee of $25.00 will be charged per day on the following holiday dates:

• Easter: Saturday and Easter Sunday
• Memorial Day: Sunday and Memorial Day
• Independence Day: 3rd, 4th, 5th
• Labor Day: Sunday and Labor Day
• Thanksgiving: Thursday to Saturday
• Christmas: 23rd to 26th
• New Year’s: 30th, 31st, 

Cancellation Policy for The Huntress and The Hound

I understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and I strive to accommodate my clients’ needs. However, timely notice for cancellations is crucial as it allows me to adjust my schedule and ensures the continued quality of service for all clients. To maintain the excellence of care and uphold my commitment, the following cancellation policy applies:

Dog Walking & Drop-In Visits

• Please provide at least 72 hours (3 days) notice for cancellations or changes.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service will be charged the full price of the walk or visit.

Pet Sitting Services

• Once dates are confirmed and booked, those dates are locked in and billable.

• If you shorten your trip after booking, you will still be charged for all originally reserved dates. This is because I turn down other pet sits once your booking is on the schedule.

• If you cancel exactly one month (30 days) or more before your start date, 25%  of the total service cost is due. 

• If you cancel within 7 days of your start date, 50% of the total service cost is due.

• If you cancel within 72 hours (3 days) of your start date, 75% of the service cost is due.

• Same-day cancellations are also charged at 100%.

Equine & Livestock Services

• Please provide at least one week’s notice for cancellations or changes to scheduled service.

• Cancellations made less than one week in advance will be charged the full cost of the service.

No Refunds

Refunds will not be provided for any cancellations, including those made within a month, one week, or three days of the scheduled service.

Emergency Situations

Life happens—I get it. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, reach out right away. I may waive fees on a case-by-case basis, and proper documentation might be required.
